Located on the stunning Lake Ontario shoreline, Konzelmann Estate Winery has various tours to satisfy the adventurous and alcohol lover within you.
To start off our 90 minute Vineyard Safari tour, we had quite a funny and knowledgeable tour guide. She gave us a guided walk through where all the magic happens – featuring authentic European winemaking equipment, some of the oldest barrels in wine country, and an in-house bottling line. What insight into their time-tested winemaking processes, then we got to ride in a badass golf cart with room for 5 comfortably while sipping on glasses of sparkling Riesling, 2015 oaked Chardonnay, the 2016 Merlot followed by their 2016 Peach wine all while taking in the beautiful view of Konzelmann Estates. This golf cart took us everywhere we needed to go for the entire tour and getting in & out at each stop was easy because there were no doors on the vehicle to restrict our movement.
To end the tour, we stopped at their gorgeous gazebo, situated directly on the shores of Lake Ontario, boasting incredible views of the Toronto skyline sipping on a most beautiful 2016 Vidal icewine. You must experience this unmatched elegance in Niagara’s Wine Country for yourself!
