Free shipping in Ontario on orders of 12 bottles or more, if ordered from the same winery. Free shipping in Ontario on orders of 6 bottles or more from King’s Court Estate Winery.
Someone who is the legal drinking age must be available to sign for each shipment! That varies in the provinces and territories of Canada. When providing your shipping address, please consider all packages labelled as containing wine and legally require an in-person signature. You may need to present government-issued identification proving your identity and age. Carriers will not leave boxes unattended regardless of having a signature on file.
Our participating wineries and licensed agents sell and ship the products directly to you. Stocked Cellars is not involved in the sale, packing, shipping or delivery of any work. By finalizing your order, you authorize the relevant parties to fulfill your order.
I recommend you make sure that somebody of the legal drinking age is available to receive your order. Many fans find it convenient to ship to their place of business or an alternate address where they know it’s accepted. However, if you’re not home, most carriers will leave a note on your door and re-attempt delivery the following day.
I take care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged and your order is complete. However, accidents do happen. If your shipment is missing a bottle or damaged, please contact me to offer account credit or a replacement. When reaching out to Stocked Cellars, please be sure to include which bottle is missing or damaged so I can help you as efficiently as possible.
Within two business days of processing the order and shipping typically take 3-7 business days, depending on some rural and remote locations, which can take longer to arrive. Currently, Stocked Cellars participating producers work with Canada Post. However, producers may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion (i.e. Canpar. ALM Crown, etc.). All shipments are within Canada.

I love Stocked Cellars and want to send one as a gift! Do I have to sign up for a subscription, or can I buy just one bottle or shipment?
I always want to do what I can to help share great Ontario wine! Single shipments of each wine or a season’s box are made available for purchase as one-time gifts. Please continue to stay up to date with new wines and packages posted on our website. All of our wine producers on our website will ship single bottles of wine. As with the wineries on our site, whether they will send it to your territory is decided once you have provided the shipping address.

Is your website secure? Can I feel safe entering my credit card number and personal information?
I take pride in the level of security I have introduced into the platform. The website does not store credit card details, and we meet or exceed the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards. All payment information is encrypted when transmitted, and Stocked Cellars representatives not at any time have access to your credit card details. We also employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols to enable safe communication across our network.
You may cancel your Stocked Cellars subscription account by calling 1.306.202.9105. There is no cancellation fee. At no charge, you can skip a month as often as you like. Forty-eight hours before your monthly processing date is required. I suggest setting a calendar reminder a few days before is a great way to keep track of your Subscription. If your order is on its way, please contact us via phone at 1.306.202.9105, and I’ll do my best to find a solution. I pride myself on offering craft wines you can’t find on the shelves of your local liquor store. Varying cold weather situations across Canada from November to May, some wineries may choose to hold your order for shipment until such a time it is safe to do so. My goal is to ensure your order arrives in good condition for you.
