2018 Barrel-Aged Chardonnay. It aged for 18 months on lees in once filled & neutral French & American oak barrels. You will find aromas & flavours of spice, vanilla, yellow apple & nectarine with a rich & soft palate with a long finish. Residual Sugar: 2.5 g/L

2019 West Wind is a pleasing blend of nectarine, citrus & tropical fruits flavours & aromas. It is refreshing with a touch of sweetness & an effervescent, clean finish. Residual Sugar: 14 g/L

2017 Astral has aromas & flavours of plum, raspberry, mint & vanilla, medium-bodied with approachable tannins & balanced acidity. A great food wine with plenty of complexity for contemplation. Residual Sugar: 2.8 g/L
